Date of Incorporation: March 11, 2004. Specialization – own and borrowed investments in different sectors of economy, and strategic management of the Group’s assets.
Main activities:
- Comprehensive project analysis, including development of own projects, investment solutions, investment feasibility assessment and justification, business proposal execution, participation in tendering etc.;
- Project management, including preparation of project and working documentation for construction, technical re-equipment, reconstruction etc; postproject management, including project startup, control, personnel training, organization of construction, and reconstruction.
- Management of business and non-business assets of the Group, etc.
KELMOS ENTERPRISES LIMITED
Company KELMOS ENTERPRISES LIMITED, as a member of DARA Group is dealing with international projects all over the world. KELMOS incorporated in 2004 under the Cyprus laws and legislation of European Union. Since it’s incorporation we provided plenty of projects in investment, development, production and trading dimensions and proved ourselves as a stabil and sufficient partner.
For today KELMOS under authority of DARA Group works in such countries as Ukraine, Russia, Africa, Middle East and Countries of European Union.
Describing activities of the Company we’d like to mention primary areas such as:
• Trading of different kinds of goods and products
• KELMOS has a potential and experience in construction and reconstruction of marine ports.
• Extraction of oil and gas, and pipelines construction facility of our Company;
