Construction
The construction branch includes construction of business centers, design and construction of housing estates, elite apartments, shopping and recreation centers in Ukraine and abroad.
The most successful projects include:
- construction of housing estates in Kiev (Obolon District) and Odessa (Marshala Zhukova Avenue).
- construction of ultramodern business-centers in Kiev (Dmitrivska St.), Odessa and Krivoy Rog;
- construction of shopping and recreation centers “Solnechnyy”, “Vecherniy”, “Saturn-95”, “96th Block” in Krivoy Rog, shopping and recreation center “Privoz” in Odessa;
- construction of elite apartments in Crimea (Livadia), Czech Republic (Rynskiy Dvor, Karlovy Vary) and in coasta; zone of Cyprus.
Successfully finished project – construction, commissioning and sale of the premium-class hotel complex “Arkadiyskiy Dvorets” (Gagagirinskoye plateau, Odessa)..
The existing strategy of Dara Group includes development of existing and acquisition of new lands for construction of dwelling houses and housing estates, business centers and shopping and recreation centers; acquisition of finished business centers; designing of new buildings; successful completion of existing construction projects.
