Hotel Business
Dara group is the owner of ***class hotels in Krivoy Rog and Ciscarpathian region.
The hotel complex “Aurora”*** is situated in business centre of Krivoy Rog and has a unique architectural concept – atrium building in combination with modern design and Venetian finish. Hotel complex “Gyrska”**** (Ciscarpathian region) The hotel complex "Gyrska" is situated in a heaven spot of the Ukrainian Carpathians (Sheshory, Ivano-Frankovsk area) among the unique blue mountains, at the mountain river with many falls and near the curative fir forest. There is the tennis court, billiards, slot machines, wooden arbours, medical-improving complex with a sauna and pool and a pond for fans of fishing on the territory. DARA Group initiated the construction of “Grand Hotel” – a new hotel in Kryvy Rih. The project assumes the construction of a 6-storeyed hotel complex of 3+/4**** category.
The hotel is intended to count 47 rooms of various formats: one three-roomed “Apartment”, three two-roomed “Suites”, seven one-roomed “Junior Suite Studios”, thirty-one double rooms of “Improved – 1st Category” class, and five double rooms of “Standard- 1st Category” class.
As the authors of the project intended, the hotel is going to be the best one in the city. The new hotel will extend the district infrastructure, improve its attractiveness and continue the “Old city” traditions becoming a building perfectly wedding with the architecture of Karl Marks Avenue.
The hotel complex is expected to have a wide infrastructure available: an underground parking of up to 20 parking lots, a lobby-bar with a gaming zone, a restaurant for 120 seats, a terrace of a summertime outdoor restaurant which can be transformed into a conference hall for 120 persons, a business-centre, a network boutique, and a gym with a SPA-area.
The good location of the hotel will allow its guests to quickly and easily get from the hotel to the airport, railroad station, exhibition centres and other business facilities. And moreover, the central district of the city is considered to be the clearest in terms of environment, while Karl Marks Avenue is a pedestrian area and thus is doubtlessly more preferable for living.

The facility concept envisages a construction of a hotel and office centre of a total area approximately 20 thousand sq. m.

Dara Group is represented by 9 establishments: restaurants “Monaco” and “Kupecheskiy Dvor” (both - Kiev), “Kurkul” and “Hit-club” (both - Odessa); clubs “Eskorial”, “Fifth Element”, “Hollywood” (Krivoy Rog) and “Visavi” (Odessa); and restaurant beach complex “Riviera” (Odessa).
